Cancellation Policy

Please note that any order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

After this period, we may not be able to process your request as the order may already be in fulfillment.

If your cancellation is approved within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.


Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been used, worn, or damaged due to normal wear and tear or misuse.

If a return is sent without approval or outside the 30-day window, we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 25%.

To initiate a return, please email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Returned items must be in original packaging and unused condition. Please include your order number and name inside the package to ensure smooth processing.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received, inspection may take up to 10 business days. After approval, refunds may take up to 40 business days to fully process.

If you have not received your refund after confirmation, please contact your payment provider or bank.

All refunds are issued in USD ($). Customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees or international transaction charges.


Product Safety

We take product safety seriously and encourage customers to use all items responsibly and according to the provided instructions.

Failure to follow usage guidelines may result in damage or injury, for which we cannot be held responsible. Any refund or replacement in such cases will be at our discretion.

Damaged Items

We carefully package all products to minimize shipping damage.

An item is considered damaged only if it is physically broken or defective upon arrival. Damaged packaging (such as dented boxes) with an intact product is not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photo evidence.

Once reviewed, we will determine eligibility for a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not accept returns or refunds for damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling.


Shipping & Delivery

While we aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors beyond our control.
